Water
There's always been something so beautiful about water to me.
When I was younger, my mother told me water is scary, and it made me really scared of baths. I would hold on to her arm as I splashed in the little baby tub I had.
But then I went to the beach. It was my first time seeing such vast majesty of sparkling blue washing in and out, waves crashing over and over again. It was love at first sight.
I took swimming lessons. I choked and drank chlorinated pool soup until I learned to stay afloat and swim. I felt invincible -- there was no stopping me now from falling even deeper in love with water.
To this day, I go to the beach often (even by myself) to just admire the beauty of water, pulling me in, letting me sink deeper and deeper into this romance.

This post might seem like it came out of the blue, but I was really inspired by my weekend. I went to the aquarium, and it was just so fascinating! I got to touch jelly fish and look at big and small fish and watch sea otters play. It was simply a really fun day :) As a human bean, it's easy to forget how much livelihood there is off land, and how much more God has created for this world. I feel so blessed to have someone to admire and appreciate the aquarium with, and I hope you all have the chance to visit your local aquarium!
